I had a decent stay at Arlia Sands, with a location that was conveniently close to the beach and a beautiful lake system filled with interesting birdlife. The apartment was spacious, but the decor felt outdated and could use some renovations. While the manager was not very engaging, we did enjoy some quiet moments during our stay. Overall, it was an adequate experience, but I'm not sure if I'd rush back any time soon.

My stay in Hervey Bay had its ups and downs. While the location offered good access to shops and pubs, the activities in the area felt lacking, making it less appealing for a longer stay. The room was okay, but the bed situation left much to be desired. Overall, for a quick getaway, it might be fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation.
